As women (and mom for me), we have the tendency to put ourselves on the backburn at times. By doing this, within my own life, I learn a very hard lesson when it came to my own health and well-being. By simply not placing myself first on the priority list, the smallest things would send my anxiety into overdrive, I constantly felt fatigue and was leaning on caffeine a little to much to keep me moving. I eventually ran out of steam!
That's when I knew my habits had to change. From my own life experiences with anxiety and fatigue, I create 6 foundational daily behaviors / habits that helped me emerge so I could start feeling more energy and serenity, living a life of ultimate joy.
