Welcome, and I am so excited you are here to learn a little about me, my family and how I can help you! I'm Marsha Eller Genter, Owner & Founder of MEG Health & Wellness, LLC, and here's a little about how I got started with my own health & wellness journey and why I started this business . . .


It wasn't until after having my second child, I realized for myself, I needed to emerge from my unhealthy lifestyle and take back control of my health and wellness.


I was a mom of two now and I knew that I needed to make some major changes in my life if I was to be the best mom I could be.


I knew it wasn't going to be easy, especially with my diagnosis of hypothyroidism as my body was constantly fighting any efforts I tried of weight loss and having energy living a live of joyful ease.


I stayed determined though and used being a mom as part of my motivation (#idoitforthem) to become the best version of myself!
